I just noticed there is a new StarCraft Master Portrait that is completely blue, so we don't know what it looks like. There is no guideline as to how you can earn it either. Any ideas on why Blizzard put it there or how to earn it, how it looks etc?

I think you need to get all the other achievements first to earn it. Should be pretty hard to get...

It's not a bug, it's a portrait that's gonna be in HotS, the fact that it's blue is just a placeholder for what the portrait will look like. Expect it to be a reward for a difficult meta-achievement in HotS for completing a lot of small but difficult challenges, kinda like the Spectre portrait in WoL.
