Asta and RTG are organizing a tournament for this coming december. Just to introduce ourselves a little, Asta is the Australian Starcraft 2 Association, they organize all kinds of tournaments from low-level silver plays to 2v2.

I am representing RTG (Real Time Gamer), which have organized a successful Aussie Mini Tourney before.

This time we are working together to bring forward this co-op tournament called AstaRTG ANZ Open for Australian and New Zealand players. The details ...

Tournament Format
- 1v1
- Single Elimination
- Best of 3
- Best of 5 for finals

Player Eligibility
To join this tournament you must be
- Players from Australia and New Zealand
- Platinum and Diamond players
- Participants from Aussie Mini Tourney or past Asta tournaments are invited to join.

- Blistering Sands
- Jungle Basin
- Scrap Station
- Steppes of War
- Xel'Naga Caverns
- Delta Quadrant
- Lost Temple
- Metalopolis
- Shakuras Plateau
We realize that Blizzard maps are not balanced and sometimes punish a certain race, so we have also decided to include 2 or 3 ICCUP maps. However those map are yet to be determined and will be included once we have decided which map to include.

Tournament starts at December 5th
