We wouldn't mind having you in our channel to get some games to obs or play. However, clan membership is restricted to Master level player and above. Sorry.

Personally, I think that it is better if you would consider joining BSG clans such as ToR to get a sense of community and practice, as they have many members who improve tremendously after being in the clan.
