I'm working at the 6th floor of my office building in Singapore (Golden Mile Complex). My colleagues and I definitely felt the building swaying, and for quite a relatively long time (3-5 minutes or so).
I pray for the safety of those in Aceh/Sumatra and wherever else the earthquake affected.
Hey people , i'm from around there , and when i'm typing this , we're currently still feeling the earthquake.

I hope things get better soon for you guys in Sumatra. Aceh already had enough from that huge tsunami on 2004/2005.
I'm curious though, has there been any victims to the earthquake yet?

Apparently the epicenter was in a shallow part of the ocean, which means a tsunami was unlikely (epicenter needed to be in deep waters to build up energy and speed to cause a tsunami IIRC). I've heard no reports of any casualties so far so I hope everything's alright down there!
Along with what EvilSWAT mentioned; the quake appears to have been a "strike-slip" quake, essentially like rubbing your hands together horizontally, not vertically. Given this, the likelihood of another tsunami was very minimal, as they are caused by vertical impacts on the plates which cause the ocean to rise and fall.
That said, I'm sure that the tremors would have been very worrisome for anyone nearby, so be careful guys
