Not enuf injects? You had 38+ larva on your 3x remaining bases and 5k minerals banked. If you just made a full round of lings, his pathetic 120 supply army would evaporate. Idk man, you totally had the game imho.

More tips (spoken as porotoss):

1) macro hatch is general fail. Sling opening on TA...idk, TA is best map to be greedy.
2) very late infestors (20+ min infestation pit).
3) You had 5x bases, that is 10 gases. You were mining from...4?
4) you were behind on upgrades
5) 10 mins into the game you had no idea wtf he is doing. And you put evos at 9:40. That is 3x mins past DT timing and 2x mins past voidray timing.
6) 11:10 - you scout 4x rax (and 1 more at wall) and a normal 9:30 3rd base. Also some sentries, stalkers and lvl 1 attack. That means he is gearing for at least a 5+ gate push (he actually had 8 gates) with +2. You reacted well with drones and bases, but you failed to mine gas and failed to get infestors.
7) You didn't even know he was going colossi, and you got blind 7x corruptors. W/o upgrades. That's a huge risk. If he went HT (or immortals), you'd be screwed big time.

I got a feeling that you are very paranoid about pre 9-min gateway timings from protoss, thus the macro hatch, early roach warren, delayed upgrades, sling openings. To confirm those timings you need 3x things: have vision on cyber core and forge, have vision on his natural gases and sac an OL/OS at 7:40. Early gateway timings feature delayed gas at natural, lots of chronos into warpgate and +1, no 2nd cannon.

If you see none, it's safe to grab 3rd, 6x gases and get w/e tech desired (preferably infestors). Earliest +2 push is 10:30, that's about the time infestors pop off fast 3rd.
