After over 5 weeks of competition, with over 30 (50+, including non-active) participants, the first ever SEA Community Ladder has ended. The event came to a close with a tense playoff bracket that seemed to be stacked on one half, and indeed the winner emerged from the OTHER half of the bracket!

He took out THE CHAD, Aequitas and finally TADivinity in the finals (a convincing 3-1 too!) to win himself a TW/KR SC2 key!

The winner is none other than FaDeGoFire !!

crAzerk: Congrats on winning the SEACoL! Now GoFire, I don't think many people know much about you, care to introduce yourself?

FaDeGoFire: Thanks! I'm David Sng, 21 yrs old. I just graduated from college last May in the U.S and now I'm back in Singapore after 11 yrs out of the country. Have to join National Service (NS) this month

crAzerk: omg that sucks! NS always takes the best players we (Singapore) have and wastes their precious playing time away! Are you going to continue playing Starcraft 2 while in the army?

FaDeGoFire: I hope so... I get the weekends off sometimes so I hope to be able to play over the weekend.

crAzerk: That's the spirit! But don't you have a girlfriend?

FaDeGoFire: No I don't really have any friends in Singapore

crAzerk: aww don't say that! We're all yourf riends! (Us at sc2sea ) So how did you find the SEACoL? Did you enjoy it?

FaDeGoFire: Oh yeah I definitely didn't expect to win it when i first registered. Then after looking at the brackets for the playoffs I thought I had a pretty good chance. I expected a tvz finals against Petraeus or Divinity so I tried to prepare some builds for that
It was hard to find games during the season sometimes but I really enjoyed all the matches got to meet other players too!

crAzerk: Yup! That was the idea I had in mind when I came up with this, I was hoping to promote more interaction between players. Anyway, I haven't watched the replays and I missed the finals, so if you could recommend one game from the finals series against Divinity which would it be?

FaDeGoFire: Hmmm none of the games were great or anything, but if you have to watch one Game 4 I executed an interesting build that's worth a watch

crAzerk: Alright! I'll go check it out as well! Hmm, overall for the SEACoL, what did you like/dislike about it? Any ideas for improvements?

FaDeGoFire: I like the ELO points system. I wish the league was more active overall but other than that it went really well and was fun to play in
Not really sure about improvements.. maybe a set time each week for players to be online to play games?

crAzerk: Mmm good point, that will definitely ensure more activity. Ok, let's wrap things up! Any final shoutouts?

Other noteworthy mentions include VBRhuubarb who topped the Main Division table, and TADivinity who topped the Masters Division table, and both won themselves an hour of coaching with our TGM coaches!
