			<description><![CDATA[Okay, I have been with TPG for 4 years and as of the last 3 months every time I hit peak hours ( 3pm-9pm Daily and Saturdays and Sundays usually the entire day ) I can't watch streams without them constantly lagging, Twitch, Youtube, Others.. ( Wife watches Tenplay and other associated TV crap ) They just pause every 5-10 seconds and it's becoming a joke.<br />

Even watching Youtube and Twitch vids, streaming music, it just retards out.<br />
