I am now a manger of Teknicity eSports and admin of their SC2 division. We are looking to expand in to the growing Australian StarCraft 2 scene by recruit one or two players from Australia who can represent the team effectively and professionally at both online and offline events. We offer a wide range of sponsor benefits such as; Thermaltake eSports, Gunnar Optiks, uniform and POSSIBLE funding for interstate events. ACL Melbourne is on the horizon and we are keen to pick up a player for the event.
If you are interested and a very dedicated player, please send us an application including your current league, a bit about yourself and your involvement with eSports and previous achievements.
Please PM me to apply or talk to me on skype (maxim.allen)
Hard to offer interstate funding too lots of people T_T we will probably expand in to a bigger team though
Why not look to pick up, 1-2 real top players (For the funding) then have ~4 others who are around masters or so to complement the team so that you can join team leagues.
This way, you have enough people in the team to not only be available for team leagues, but also have team practice.

An A-team and B-team can work also (A-team players get the gear and flights etc, B-team players play in team leagues and act as practice partners that the A-team players can safely test steroids on ... i mean builds ... for tournaments)
Nice. I would suggest maybe including some things as to what the team can offer a player though (see: team immunity post), just to help with getting a decent amount of interest.
They aren't mentioned as a sponsor of the team anywhere on the website, am I missing something here?
^ Ya, and I'm pretty sure all your sponsors don't provide Teknicity with funding.
Tecmasters sponsor over 10 teams in estimation (and GTEsports) and have little income as a company, therefore I can only assume they offer discounts.
GamersUniform have only major "basepartners" and anyone under their sponsorship receive up to 30% off.
"Gamersuniform is not supporting teams with money, but gives huge discount up to 30% to their collection and services. " - Spawnsor.net
KontrolFreek - only discounts and if properly sponsored, I assume products - if it was funding it would surely go back into the console teams. Tecknicity isn't at their top-tier sponsorship level (MLG etc) so i doubt you would get a big backing from them.
I'm not sure about Gunnar, I haven't been able to contact them - so i don't know what they offer. Most console teams have used their affiliate program to associate themselves with Gunnar, I can't tell if its in Teknicity's case but yeah...
I'm not here to bash Teknicity Esports, I just want to make sure the players know what they're getting into. Please correct anything I have said if I'm in the wrong.
It's TecMasters and they are also cR's new sponsors.
So a small company who supports a gaming community, Carnage and many more teams are going to provide interstate funding for teams? I highly doubt they can keep that kind of consistency without a loss.
I would think they would only support Carnage with interstate fees if anything.

Demzy,
Honestly I think its fine if you want to explain to people what the conditions are, but regarding what you do yourself, it is also a hypocritical statement. When you released Supremacy, nobody bagged on your sponsors like that. Sponsorship for a team is something that is private and should not be easily 'explained' to everyone. Although I am happy that you are helping those who may tryout, it is still the team's choice whether to give that information, and the player's choice to sign up or not.
But yes, if the poster can add additional information as to what players get, it will be much more helpful.
