Thanks everyone for your help . I have purchased the Kave, but I have one small problem. The wires are color coded green, pink, yellow and black. The colour slots I have are green pink and blue. Is this a problem, and if so what do I do?

green/pink are the l/r channels so just plug those in to the right colour... I guess that means the blue is the mic, so just have a look at the little pictures next to the other colours and plug it into the mic socket.
Pink is the microphone and green is the speaker. If you have only a green, pink and blue slots, just use the pink and green and attach the USB into a USB slot and you're set. I used to use them on a laptop that only had green and pink inputs lol and they worked really well.

go to pc case gear, buy cool shit, done! leopold keyboard i have is mad my steel series mouse so good and logitech g35 headset flawless but fragile keep away from cats!!!
Thanks guys! . So the other cables were just for full surround sound?
Yes the orange and black plugs are for the surround sound to work. I have to say they're freaking fantastic when you can use the whole 5.1 surround sound of the headset, but even without it the headset is really good.
Fairly sure with the control module that the Kave comes with, at this rate you can just play around with the center and fronts, and maybe sub? Not so sure but play around with it and see which ones are functioning. However I wouldn't recommend putting it all on full blast LOL.
