It is with tremendous pleasure that I announce PiG's upcoming adventure to DreamHack Summer, held in Jonkoping, Sweden. Team Exile5 has been planning this event for the last couple months and can not wait to see PiG represent us at the biggest LAN in the world.
PiG has been one of the most consistent players in Australia since he started playing and coaching Starcraft II full time. In this time he has participated in three IEMs, last year's IESF and stayed in the Prime House to train and absorb their Korean gosu-ness. In 2013, he aims to go even further!
DreamHack Summer is one of the key events on their calendar and will take place 15-18 June this year. It is "The World's Largest Digital Festival"! Not only are there plenty of eSports titles to follow, over the four days of the event 20 000 visitors are expected to walk through their doors. At their last event 15 485 devices were connected to their network alone.
Make sure you follow PiG's progress as he trains hard for this event and see what he gets up to over in Sweden!
PiG had this to say about DreamHack: I'm very excited to be heading to Sweden for the biggest LAN party in the world, and one of the most prestigious Starcraft events. I've watched the amazing production, storylines and games played out at DreamHack over the last 3 years and have dreamed about competing there. It's an honour to get this opportunity and I hope to finally prove to myself and my fans what I am capable of achieving. I have a long time to prepare for this tournament and hope to be in crisp shape on game day!
I am crazy excited to see PiG going to DreamHack. It is something that I have always wanted to do as a player but never had the drive and passion to achieve. I know that PiG has been practising hard and looking forward to this tournament for a long time. This will be the first of many overseas trips for PiG and I look forward to watching him represent Exile5 and Australia!

It is amazing to have an Exile5 member representing Australia at DreamHack. With PiG's training schedule and recent results i think he is going to do really well. This is a big step for our Starcraft team and we are excited and eager to watch the matches, we shall be cheering from home!

Watching an Australian at an international event is always a treat and for some reason it always comes down to a nailbiter whether they get through groups. Now with it being an Australian as well as a teammate, I think a heart-attack during DreamHack is a huge possibility. Really excited to see the x5 tag being represented throughout the event. Good luck PiG!

DreamHack is one of the worlds largest eSports events and it will be great to see an Aussie competing there once again! I had the pleasure of working with PiG during IEM Singapore last year and am looking forward to bringing the latest content from the ground over in Sweden. I know that PiG has been looking forward to this event for sometime and will definitely be ready to tear up the international scene next month. This is also a monumental occasion for the organisation, the first time we have sent a player to Europe and certainly not the last.
