Description:
Sc2sea is proud to present SEA Clan League. SEACL has been established due to how well COTH has been received and the desire from the players and managers to have more Clan events to play in.
To sign up please go to this link and create a team and add your members. Once you team has been created please go to SEACL and click on "join tournament".
Please bear in mind to be fair to every team - we only want serious teams who enjoy playing in clans wars but will also make the effort and commitment to play weekly and finish their games on time, etc. We do not want half-hearted signups or poorly managed teams that will drop out halfway so only sign up only if you are really interested in being a part of this league. The deadline for signups will be this Saturday, 4th December and the next day the finalised teams will be announced.
Match Format:
The participating Clans will be playing one another once a week.
The default matchday is Sunday. So in the event you have trouble fixing a scheduled time with your opponent, sunday 8pm Syd will be the deadline to play. If the opponenent is not there and you are, and theres no available replacement from the opponents team manager, its a walkover in your favour, as simple as that.
The lineups will be released on Thursday, and the players are given the flexibility to play anytime from then till Sunday. Players are required to simply add their opponent as the character codes are all given here, and arrange the match by themselves. Managers are to help facilitate this and get them playing if they need pushing. As mentioned before, if you can't agree on a time Sunday will be the day to play.
Please let tournament admins know as soon as possible when you have worked out a time with you opponent to play. This is to help us get as many games as possible casted.
Match results and replays are to be sent to Jarrad@sc2sea.com as soon as possible. Deadline will be by 6am Monday morning.
The clan wars will consist of four best of threes and an Ace match if required in which the top player from either side will face off to decide a winner.

Teams
No less than 4 players to a team
Changes to the roster may be made, but if they are not made by the MONDAY prior to the next round, that player cannot participate in the upcoming round.
Team lineup for the coming week must be submitted by Wednesday at the latest. Must include the following information: Team name, Battlenet Name and ID. Race and which game they will be playing in. Please also indicate which of them will be your ace.
Streaming & Shoutcasts
Sc2sea will arrange the casting and clans are not to run their own stream other than the main, we dont want split viewership. We would like to consolidate viewers and have unbiased casting so that healthy and varied conversation can take place whilst the games are being watched.
Maps:
Map pool will be posted a week before the event to ensure teams have time to practice on the maps.
Maps, or positions on the list are not changeable on game day.
It is the players responsibility to check the map pool and report any issues.
Disconnects
Games will be replayed, unless a team disputes this. In this scenario the tournament admin will make a decision on whether a clear winner can be seen from the current state of the game or not.
Coverage and Observers:
Observer slots will be reserved for team manager, Streamers and Tournament Admins. Please if you are asked to leave by an admin do so in order for use to keep the event running smoothly.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted promptly to an admin of the event and a copy sent to your team manager, accompanied by a replay and detailed description of the problem. Note that this should be done even if the problem was settled by an admin at the time just to keep everything on record. Complaints about games older than the previous round will be ignored.
