Team Immunity is seeking to re-establish our Starcraft 2 presence within the Australian scene. Previously we have supported individuals such as mOOnGLaDe and YYJ. This time however rather than focus on a single player we are seeking to create a squad of talented players at varying degrees of skill - from seasoned veterans through to up and coming super stars. There is no fixed number for the amount of players we are willing to support however nominally I'm thinking five.
We are looking for extremely dedicated individuals. People who have the time and are prepared to commit the hours required in order to succeed. Players will be required to sign NDA's and will be contracted to the team for a definite period. During this time all rules, regulations and code of conduct must be strictly adhered to.
As Australia's premier eSports team and one of the world's longest running we can offer some great opportunities to successful candidates. Below I have broken down some of the many benefits into National and International categories. The International benefits are performance based and need to be earned through achievements Nationally and Online.
Nationally
Full complement of SteelSeries peripherals.
Flights, accommodation and transport to National events.
Entry fees to all competitions.
PC & Hardware support.
Monthly Salary options will be available for players who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the team, provide a high degree of dedication and good results.
Internationally
Flights, accommodation, transport and entry fees to International events.
Opportunity to live and practise alongside South Korean Code S players.
The Starcraft 2 division will be managed by our RTS/MOBA division manager Dane 'Herbz' Dunlop and myself. If you have any questions or think you have what it takes feel free to comment in this thread or contact me via a confidential PM.

Firstly I'd like to thank everyone who has applied, we've had a great response. Update #2 - Starcraft 2 Shoutcasters

@QEDSchnitzel - I'm not sure what you mean with regard to restrictions? We won't simply be focusing on Grand Master level - however you will need to show continued tangible improvements on your quest to reach that level.
What i meant is that if a, for example, master level player who has not had any great tournament winnings attempted to join, what your decision would be in regards to that. Because if i have a slight chance of being accepted i might consider applying ^_^

@QEDSchnitzel - For at least two positions within the squad we will be focusing on more up and coming players. We will look at a number of factors - aside from tournament wins we will also look at how fast or slow that person is progressing through the ranks and if they have defeated higher ranked players and the circumstances surrounding it. Ultimately these players will be trialed in-game so we can gauge accurately where they sit and the potential they have.

@SQL.yang - The International opportunities are only limited by the tournaments own rules. Some events like the Intel Extreme Masters we receive invites to and do not need to qualify for. MLG I believe you can still enter open bracket and progress through to finals via that method. Ultimately we will look at all angles in order to get our key player/s overseas. Since our inception 9 years ago we have competed multiple times in more than 14 countries across 3 continents in games such as Counter-Strike 1.6, Call of Duty, WC3, FIFA, HALO etc - it is nothing new to us.
Also I'm still new to these forums but private messages appear to show up in Chat? Not sure if there is a confidential button? Worst case you can email me directly - sc2[a<>t]team-immunity.com

They show up as basically a notification for you, only you and the sender can see that message in the chat and no one else

IEM have always run qualifiers to get a SEA player for SC2, is it different now or something?
This is probably the best offer I have seen so far in SEA in terms of benefits for players. Hope some really good players apply and Team Immunity is awesome for doing this!
@xGKingiaguz - We've attended a number of IEM events through invitation - including being invited to the Grand Final. Certainly SC2 is a different beast and I cannot confirm anything at this stage - however sharing Intel as a major sponsor with IEM has its benefits.
Even the smallest donations help keep sc2sea running! All donations go towards helping our site run including our monthly server hosting fees and sc2sea sponsored community tournaments we host. Find out more here.
