Prizes
1st place: $1000
We will also be doing raffle prizes for spectators and players, mostly in the form of goodies from the events sponsors.
If you are from interstate and wish to participate: You can get in contact with me at marconofrio1@gmail.com or in game FXOfrequency.299 (SEA, NA, Korea)
Media
The tournament will be streamed online by FXOpen TV
There will be plenty of photos on the day and hopefully some video content and interviews etc.
Spectating
Spectating is more than welcome and personally encouraged. To support this, we will be trying to provide the best possible spectator experience in a multitude of ways including: dedicated screens around the cafe for people to watch games far more easily than crowding behind players as they play, prize giveaways, free food (massive amounts of pizza), and a chance to meet and watch the best in Australia.
Other information
Players will be allowed to bring their own equipment (mouse, mousepad, keyboard, headset etc). The computers are more than capable of running StarCraft II at it's highest settings. The monitors are very large (27"), but it may be possible to use smaller monitors if required.
For interstate competitors: we will be speaking with hotels and restaurants around the city to try and set up deals for the cheapest possible accommodation and cheap food (Rundle Street is usually pretty expensive -_-) - for any inquires just email me.
There will be at least 20 PCs dedicated to running the tournament, players will need to report their results immediately once they are finished and they will be told to either pack up for someone else to use the PC or to stay to play another game. We are aiming for as little downtime as possible, so this is imperative to the smooth running of the tournament.
If you have any inquiries please post in this thread, email me at marconofrio1@gmail.com, or message me in game at FXOfrequency.299 (NA and SEA)

Huge. I can't wait for this tourney, Frequency runs a good show and with free food and a room full of Australia's greatest and most attractive pro gamers I can't see how this can go wrong.
Nice prize pool.... I wish I had more time to play sc2!
November 28 is a monday?
You're getting an invite, so you better practice!

Yea it is cheap if I book today, my only worry is the amount they are travelling, with IEM, WCG and Blizzcon on. We shall see!
It's all a month separate, only thing that could've clashed was WCG grand finals (December 7-10), but only 1 Australian will be going to that so it should be fine.
