The SEATL is a team league that hopes to take the fun of the clan wars that take place on SEA and turn it into a weekly event to be run through the seasons.
Teams will fight it out in a Bo7 with all Games Being Played.
The Winner of each game does not continue on.
Teams must send out a new player for each game in a given round.
Players can only verse other Players of similar League, see Below
1. Irish vs Abstract (No Result)
2. Rezyn vs MacroJackson
3. IcedTea vs Ice
4. Zen vs Frostbite
5. Shade vs ILikeTrains
6. Infected vs Dodda
7. DeeCN vs Swarmstika
BSGPD Rules and Regulations
1) Bad Manners, Smurfing and Maphacking will not be tolerated. If a player is suspected of breaking these rules their game will be submitted to a tribunal for review.
2) A Team is allowed to have standby of for B/S/G/P and D.
3) Teams may change their roster each week.
4) Teams must notify their opponents and Philosopher of the team they will field each week. They will be unable to change these teams unless there are mitigating circumstances
5) If Teams play a person not on their Rooster for that week, the game that person plays in will be forfeit unless teams versing each other agree to the unrostered substitute.
6) All teams must complete their matches and report the results to an administrator a week after their matches are announced. Failure to report match results may result in a forfeit.
7) Players will not be allowed to compete in more than one team.
8) Due to changes to the Ladder system, the following will take place from Round 3 on wards. Silver and Gold players may now play each other. Platinum and Diamond Players may play each other. Example Silver can verse Gold and Bronze,Gold can verse Silver and Platinum,Platinum can verse Gold and Diamond, Diamond can verse Platinum and Diamond
9) If a team is unable to field a specific league of player (Platinum/Gold etc) they must ask permission from the team they are versing in that week to field a player in another league. Example: If you do not have any available Platinum players for a specific week, you are required to ask your opposing team whether you can use a Gold or Diamond player to fill in for that player.

We are going to use the distribution suggested by mGG.Nemesis. However, we also feel that it will be up to the disgrestion of teams. If for instance a Ex-Masters who is currently Platinum or Diamond wants to play in a team, it will be up to the managers of the teams to agree to such terms.
We want to make this a fun environment for everyone and that means including people who are often left out of tournaments because of the MMR Decay. My personal opinion is that if a Diamond player was Diamon in Season 1 but for some reason is now Gold in Season 2 he/she would have to be put in the Diamond League.
I think, though once again, it is a decision we felt would be left up to the managers, a Ex-Masters wants to play, he would be put into the Diamond or Platinum immediately.
If Teams feel they have been hard done by because they feel a player is participating at a level above those he is playing against, they can make an appeal to our Tribunal. Our hope is to get some M/GM players to be part of this tribunal which will look into Maphacking/Smurfing allegations.
Hope this answers your question

I have a quick question actually, do we make teams from our clans, or can community members make their own teams if they wish?
Clans can put together their own teams. But players can also make up their own teams if they wish. Though a player can not be a member of two teams. So you might want to check if your clan is preparing to put a team forward.
Larger clans can put two teams forward if they wish using smaller clans as well. And Smaller clans may wish to join forces.
