*If a player confirms, but fails to show up, they won't be paid, and will be penalised 200 points from next years OSC Rankings (Bigger league + finals again in 2016). Reason for penalty is they have wasted admin and graphics teams time and resources, as well as denying another player a chance to earn money.
Players have until Wednesday Dec 29th at 11.59pm KST to confirm their attendance
29 December 2015 11:59 PM KSTCountdown to 29th December 11.59pm!
Next in line if someone Rank 1-32 doesn't confirm their place/declines:
Season 3 of the Oseanic Starcraft 2 Championship has finished, so it's now time for the best 32 online players ranked via our 2015 OSC Rankings to play in the $5000 Grand Finale to find our champion! 2015 has been building up to this point!
To qualify players earnt points for placing highly in partnered OSC tournaments. In 2015 we had 498 individual players with points earned (up from 358 in 2014), and 189 completed partnered tournaments (up from 154 last year).
Combined prizepool and rewards given away by the OSC team and Partnered tournaments in 2015 = $44735!
Now we play to find our yearly champion, in bracket of stars!
We may require some community help to build this event up to the high level it deserves, and a true reflection on the years season! The OSC team are investing a lot of our own funds into this, so we are hoping some of those who can spare a few dollars might help us out, and we can put those $'s back into 2016 tournaments, our new website, casters, graphics, etc. A spare $10, $20 all adds up! In addition any donation of $25 AUD or more will have exclusive access to all replays from this years finals.

Sponsors for the 2015 Grand Finale
Without these companies contributing to our tournament it's fair to say the prizepool would be far smaller. But it's not just about the $'s. All these companies have a long history of supporting Starcraft 2 and esports in SEA. They care about the scene and our community. So many thanks to them all! If you esports fans, players etc can send them some love and thanks for supporting SC2 + the Oseanic StarCraft 2 Championship Series it would be appreciated in return. They all are leaders in their industry, so if it comes down to a choice between brands, pick these guys who support esports!

With the catch phrase "Energizing The Game", PSISTORM GAMING, founded on the 27th of August, 2014, is a primarily Starcraft 2 organization composed of players who believe in good mannered play, enthusiastic sportsmanship, and above all, a love for the game. Originally part of KJ clan from karljay.com which has existed for over a decade from the days of BroodWar, the team has been rebranded as a new organization with sponsorship and big plans. The organization has hosted special showmatches with INcontroL, Hendralisk and EnDerr, as well casual tournaments with a significant prize pool for amateurs.
Unfortunately Spear is unable to attend
Everyone will now be bumped up a seed, and our 33rd ranked player (KingkOng) will be offered a position in the finals.
What server will we be playing on? The idea of defending 3 rax reaper with 200 ping vs 30ping NA pros is not a welcoming prospect for chase
But then again 30 ping chase vs 200 Ping NA players does not seem fair either
we could play eu with 400 ping each? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Unless you come up with another arrangement, for ANZ/SEA Players playing NA players, games should be rotated between NA West (Seems to be the best for ANZ/SEA), and NA AU. Higher seed starts.
For ANZ/SEA players playing Europeans/Koreans, default is NA Central. More information in Rules and Regulations.
