Just wondering...cause I never had and likely will never have the opportunity to use streaming sites (unless you count YouTube and Twitch.tv) cause my country is so effed up in everything...
I've had this discussion before with Lokth...but I thought I'd get a clearer idea...We all kinda know I pirat-acquire my anime via torrents...and the number of fansubs who offer them are...astounding imo...
HorribleSubs, Commie, Coalgirls, Mazui, SubDESU, DmonHiro - just to name a few. And from I've been told, HorribleSubs and Commie are essentially Crunchyroll rips and should be a source for series not picked up by other fansubs...others are good for some...and don't get me started on the BDrips...i technically blame BDrips for the ever increasing size of my ext hdd collection...but, that BD quality...and uncensored goodness...can't just give that up!
so, I'm just wondering...which are the better choices? I'm not looking for the best but just a narrower selection...atm, I stand at about 25 different subgroups that I follow...daily...the managerial aspect of it on my computer has reached slightly...ridiculous levels at times though, I use BakaBT for ease of use but the process to get torrents approved or listed just and don't get me started on the banned/skipped/refused ones! makes life harder!
so yeah...thoughts?
oh, and really anime related. Just finished Maoyuu Maou Yuusha...felt like such a different anime and a big dose of fresh air. Anyone else seen it?
also, am halfway through Puchim@s ...oh god...the cuteness overload
I'm not to sure if you guys are interested at all or maybe you have already seen it but here is the new Dragon Ball Z film Battle of the Gods here with English subtitles. I had my doubts but I enjoyed it.
Thought it was cute how Aang's kids mirrored Tenzin's, also think Unalaq being the bad guy is way too obvious- he'll end up just being an overzealous dude trying to do good.
Any theories on Desna/Eska? someone on reddit had one about that face-stealing spirit that aang saw (the one that fucks shit up if you show emotion). Also they have grey eyes- arent waterbenders eyes usually blue?
ohhh nooo it was annie! jk someone spoiled it aaaages ago on reddit, was enjoyable seeing mikasa go crazy some more.
Feel free to spoil me more cos i think i'm up to date with manga by reading wiki pages @_@
TRANSFORM ALREADY OD GOD DAMN I WANNA SEE YOU **** SHIT UP.
Hajime is totally gonna die. oh man ima hate this!
(i'll be up to date by the time finale airs!)
New OP for anyone that wanted it "Mousou Express" , which is obviously a deconstruction or Renai Circulation. i love it, so we finally get our Yandere for the Harem! The whole thing with Ougi was pretty much just saying that humans are grey- sometimes we victimise ourselves and therefore become "offenders" when we arent really victim to anything... or something. idk. But ougi is creepy so theres that?
anime/manga/light novel
what order do you guys view these 3 in? Do you finish one and then move on or keep up to about the same part in the story in all 3?
I ask because I finished the accel world anime (IT IS SO GOOD!) and I NEED more of it so decided to start on the manga's and novel's and was just curios as to how everyone else goes about it.
P.S also what do words in <<here>> imply? (w.r.t. the light novels)

What do you mean by this?
Also, if I start something as a manga, I leave it as a manga,if I start it as an anime (completed series), I leave it as an anime, but if I start an incomplete anime series, once I catch up to the latest released episode I start the manga from that point on and follow both anime and manga. I generally don't read light novels :P

in the accel world light novel there are a whole bunch of words in those double angled brackets. «». just wondering what they mean.
"Actually, if he had a little courage and willingness to take action, then he could use this mail and the tens of pieces of «evidence» that he kept and give it to the school, then they would easily be punished."
" humans still had a «physical body» as a shackle"
" From the tip of his hands and feet, the «Avatar» used for Full Dive was being formed."
Ah.
From my knowledge / what I believe, those words are not the exact translations, because LNs would be translated from japanese to english, and some of the japanese words used don't actually exist in english, so the words in the << >> are just the closest that English can get to the actual Japanese words used.

I think I have a penchant for choosing weird first episode anime at a glance. I started Freezing vibrations the other night (I think it is the second season or something?) It wasn't half bad, I was wondering if anyone else had given it a go...
(I am looking at you Pandaaaaa )
Oubtreak company also seemed really good, does anyone have an opinion on it or know any background information?
I thought the first episode was a little too fast paced, compared to the previous seasons, they feel as though they want to rush through this segment of the arc (Which I assume has a key focus on the Miyata vs Ippo fight.
Tis a shame, because the manga, from what I heard, goes into a lot more depth about the story and relationship between the fisherman and ippo, coming from similar backgrounds it brings a bit more depth to their character development I feel.
This season of anime is looking good so far can't wait to catch up on a few shows over the end of year break ^^
T_T Not watched anime for the past couple weeks now, other than a few odd episodes of two or three shows... I've been meaning to, but I've somehow managed to spend all my time doing one thing or the other and never end up actually getting in time to watch anime
): Prior to now, like at the start of the year, I'd watch one or two hours of anime daily each night, and then go to bed at like 2-3am after that, but since I've actually been using that energy more now, I'm getting too tired to stay up that late if I lie in bed.. If I want to stay up I gotta be up and about / on my computer, but that's too noisy at night >.<

Anyone else left feeling a bit empty now that Attack on Titan is finished? Need some new content to fill the void

I've been watching the newer Gintama episodes (after 201), I find it freaking hilarious still lol; but I dunno where to watch the episodes after 253 since I can't find any good downloads for it; anyone know a good site to watch anime? D:
