to be fair Spaz proxy thor rushed him, Shieldz overseers went right over the top of a thor being built, the game paused due to lag atleast 3x before to thor popped and Shieldz still didnt see it and lost to it lol, its an easy mistake to make

I thought the same thing, how the heck are they in tier 3? Iris is imba!
teir 1 was invite only, then we wanted to get in t2 and somehow ended up in t3, i think they originally had it all as t2, then when there were a lot of teams they split it? and since we are unknown/new we ended up in t3
There was this point in the game where insane decided to clash when Waning wasn't looking. insane got better positioning and crushed Waning's unattended army.
Waning personally said that insane shouldn't be in . Not implying it's a smurf, but more of the promotion not kicking in for insane.
Indeed, as I said in admin chat, this week was full of upsets! Many low leaguers taking games off Grandmasters, and the most notable one being previous season's runner up aLt losing a very closely fought series against Clan Iris.
Hopefully next round ( in 2 weeks time) will have exciting stuff like this too!
yea SEACC has produced some exciting results, thats what we hoped for by mixing in the tiers like this!! ToT and aLt are two tier 1 teams that lost to tier 3 teams. Shows you that skill wise Tier 1 to Tier 3 are closer than most people think, and exciting games can be produced in this format. Hopefully next week's results are just as exciting.
Correction: 2 weeks from now. Next week there is no SEACup there's a break so the SEACC finals coincide with the last day of league play.
As for me i'm gonna be putting all my SEAbets on WNG's Ninja donkey team and Iris in tier 3 now haha
