Carnage is proud to announce that Sam 'KingKong' Yu will become the newest addition to their lineup, he has recently moved to Australia to study cooking and english, at the moment he will be starting out by playing in online competitions with the chance of coming to LANs next year. After the team split with fray we were looking to pick up that big name player and with KingKong we have now done that.
After being away from the game for nearly 3 months he showed last night he still has what it takes to be a top player by taking out the Wt Weekly beating two of Frays best players in Ninja and Fenner, One of the top 3 New Zealand players in Petraeus, as well as WCS World Finals Qualifiers and 2nd at WCS Oceania Mafia. See full bracket here http://challonge.com/wtweekly33.
KingKong had this to say. "Hi, I'm a 22yr old former Startale Progamer Sam Yu. I'm not yet fluent in english yet so please teach me heaps!"
The former Korean Pro Gamer from team Startale, will be an exciting inclusion into the Australian and SEA Starcraft scene.
Additional info about KingKong can be found here http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/KingKong .

This is awesome! I didn't realise KingKong was in the weekly when I was doing the seeds, and then Mafia told me who Ych was and I was curious as to why he was playing the wT :P It all makes sense! Nice pickup cR!
