Carnage eSports are an existing gaming team, that will be adding a newly formed StarCraft 2 division.

Carnage are proud to announce and welcome our new Starcraft 2 Division to the Carnage. This is a massive boost to the organisation which now supports over 7 divisions on multiple platforms in the Asia/Pacific region. The team has a fierce line-up consisting of EdgE, Voices, SenSei, JimDiddy, ChadMann, Dippa, tbk, fenner, neKo and Fourby. Razer has supported the decision for the organisation to move into Starcaft 2 and we expect to see great things from these very talented players

Goals in 2012: Develop eSports in Australia!! I've decided that this year will involve a lot more from me for eSports. I graduate my final semester of uni studying marketing in a few months and want to put my efforts into eSports before I have to start chasing other career paths. Managing Carnage's new Starcraft 2 team fulfils my two goals for this year - work with a team and start running more SC2 events.
My vision for Carnage; To develop a team where improvement and players working together to reach their best is paramount - more important than winning leagues or tournaments, but enjoying the game and developing as players. With the current state of top tier players in Australia I've selected a team of 4 high level players and 5 up and coming B team players who will work together to develop as a team. B team players are mostly highly skilled players mechanically, that with the help of the A team members, will develop into SEA Stars of the future! Big thanks go out to Carnage, Razer, iiNet and AUST gaming servers for their support with this team!!
So it is with great pleasure, I give you the team:

Being an experienced campaigner, EdgE is no newcomer to being at the top of the scene. Having placed well in tournaments since the games release, EdgE has a new found determination to cement his spot back at the very top of SEA which he has slowly lost over time. With his Brood War experience and good mind for the game, EdgE is hopeful to share his ideas with the team and improve to new heights.
It is great! I was the first one approached by ChadMann, and immediately i thought we could really create something great here. We soon realised that the already established top talent in Australia is tagged up, but we still saw great potential in players and i'm looking forward to practicing and talking with all of them, as well as representing Razer. I would normally feel bitter about being teamless before this, but for once i had a change of Character and took it upon myself to take what i can from what is available, and take charge of my path.
You are the team captain, and one of the founding members of the SC2 division for Carnage.
Well most of the credit goes to ChadMann, he got the idea itself after all. I do like to pay attention to how the scene is going, who's dominating, what someones best matchup is and who's making waves. When i'm excited i get full of ideas, so i was rambling on and on! Yes i am the captain, i hope to be the second in command for PR with ChadMann, advising and doing what not... as well as possibly being the leader in clan wars (or at least giving chad my opinion!)
Are you happy with the set up of the team (management, sponsorship, goals for the b-team etc.)?
Yes i am extremely happy. As i said before the top established talent in Australia has been close to milked dry but we have made been able to attain some great players. We chose a system similar but different to Xeria Gaming's, with us being more focused on development in the b-team. Since SEA is a zerg haven, having 3 zergs i can talk with about the game is great and having some great mates in them a-team that i've known for ages, as well as 2 fellow TA members in the b-team.. it just all seems to fit well. Fun fact, all 4 A team members were interviewed in the old old Cybergamer interviews ages ago. Check them out here: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/...of-Tomorrow-2/ and http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/...of-Tomorrow-2/
With possible separation between Clan and Team in future SEA tournaments, do you look forward to playing with your current team mates?
Yes it will be great. We will be looking to use all 9 of out current players in Team tournaments, and it's an exciting prospect to see how we perform!
What are your personal goals for SC2 in 2012?
Become less talk and more action. A fair few people close to me, well maybe only a few know how much i may hype things up but be lazy and not commited. Well with this break that is now forced upon me, i have improved my mentality in regards to SC2, and i have new found motivation i have not had since release! I hope to travel to at least 2/3 LANs, and also prove to be the best zerg in the world. I made an oath the IPL weekend that Stephano won, and i need to keep my word.
Any Shoutouts?
Shoutout to the whole community in SEA really! The players who give it there all on ladder - our b-team is not set in stone. We are still looking and paying attention to how players are going so if you are deserving don't think you'll be ignored. Shoutout to the sc2sea community and the people that put in the hard work there. Shoutout to the sponsors of Carnage too - Razer, iinet, AUST gaming servers and finally shoutout to TA - you guys have been like family to be since early 2010, and it's great to still be here with your consistent support.I'd like to thank Carnage, Razer and iiNet for giving me this opportunity.

The ladder beast who pumps out the games and at times some drunk BM. Voices who was one of the best Australian Brood War players has historically underperformed in Starcraft 2, at least to his close peers. Voices has been near the top of the scene since the beginning, but recently has started to churn out some of his most successful results. The ex Archaic MSI player is looking to add some more tournaments to his regime, and prove that he deserves to be feared.
Hello Spud! How do you feel about being picked up by Carnage?
Hey bigboy. Yea to be honest it was a shit feeling with you (edge) and I being chopped liver after the rest of the Archaic MSI guys got picked up by Invidia
So it's great to have a team another team and a bunch of guys to practice with again.
Are you happy with the set up of the team (management, sponsorship, goals for the b-team etc.)?
Team is great, Chad the ******* man will be great in management with his nearly finished business degree. Sponsorship is more than i want / need / expected so that is really awsome.
Most exciting part of the team for me is being able to practice with the new guys who i dont really know that well in the B-team. I think id barely go 50/50 with most of them anyway!
With possible separation between Clan and Team in future SEA tournaments, do you look forward to playing with your current team mates?
I love TA and all the boys, but ill represent Carnage whenever I need to.
What are your personal goals for SC2 in 2012?
Understand the game better so that I can play it more like BW. I want to play the game solidly and not take risks every game based on build orders.
Id like to go to some LANS, i have no huge plans to take over the world.
Any Shoutouts?
Chad and Cam for managing & captaining the team and inviting me to be a part of it. Other gaming genres under Carnage, and all the sponsors (Razer, iiNet, AUST gaming servers). Also, to all of TA and any females that want to go on a date with me.

Another player with Brood War history, SenSei has all the potential in the world to be big. Showing signs of it with the players he is capable of taking down on a consistent basis, SenSei is looking to snatch some tournament wins in hopes of being recognised as THE protoss in SEA. The former terran player has put his past behind him and with his new found motivation, what can stop him?

SenSei was acquired to the Carnage team after talks with SQL, both teams are happy with Andrew's decision and wish him the best future with Carnage. We will include a statement from SQL on this matter shortly.
Hello Carmichael! How does it feel to join Carnage?
It feels awesome, I'm really excited to join Carnage there have been talks for awhile now and I'm glad that it's all finally coming together!
Are you happy with the set up of the team (management, sponsorship, goals for the b-team etc.)?
I think the way that it's been set-up is great! How can you complain with Chadmann being your manager? I'm really happy with all of the players in both the A-team and the B-team, I think we all get along really great. As far as sponsorship goes I'm excited to have razer as a sponsor and am looking forward to be playing for them.
With possible separation between Clan and Team in future SEA tournaments, do you look forward to playing with your current team mates?
As I said in the previous question I love all of the players on the team, and I'm looking forward to helping the B-team guys grow so they can become better players themselves. Can't wait to represent Carnage in the future Team tournaments.
What are your personal goals for SC2 in 2012?
Become the undisputed "Best protoss in SEA" and win a big LAN event such as ACL then move onto international tournaments.

With Uni taking up his time, Brady has been able to find time to practice SC2 but even with breaks in practice he is able to take out players such as mOOnGLaDe (to come first at ACL Brisbane). Hello Kevin! How do you feel about being picked up for the Carnage b-team?
To be totally truthful, i was stoke to be even chosen for a professional team, i didnt really mind if it was the A or B team. To be given an oppurtunity like this to play for a team consisting of strong players is a privelidge... So i feel pretty honoured to be even chosen for the B-team.
hat are your goals for SC2 in 2012?
My goals in sc2 is to be rank 1 in perth (I want to take the throne from yang ) and competing in different sc2 events around australia (mainly during my breaks). I hope to be known by a vast majority of sea players and also to be respected by other fellow sc2 players.
Any shoutouts you want to give?
i would like to thank TAEdgE, TAChadMann for giving me a oportunity for this team. I would also like to thank SPR for helping me to come along this far in sc2.

Fenner AKA Danmate has brought the charm of the United Kingdom to SEA, and has been rising over the period of a few months. The former Alien vs Predator 2 player and photography enthusiast has set his goals high and with the time he has to practice, you never know would could happen
Hello dan, mate! How do you feel about being picked up for the Carnage b-team?
Amazing! At first I was very shocked to be approached by Nicolas (Chadmann) to be considered for a team of such calibre. I did not believe I was skilled enough to be picked up by a team of this strength, therefore I am ecstatic that I was chosen for the b-team of Carnage and will do my absolute best to practice and perform well for them.
I consider myself fairly unknown in the SEA scene, I’ve taken games off of some good players and placed decently in the smaller tournaments but have yet to place well in a more prestigious tournament. Before joining Carnage I lacked people to talk to about the game and bouncing theorycrafting ideas around with. I'm really looking forward to practicing with this great lineup of players and really improving my play. I’d love to place highly in a tournament like ACL and joining Carnage has given me the chance to make this happen.
What are your goals for SC2 in 2012?
My goal for 2012 and any year regarding SC2 will always be to improve as much as possible. I want to be the best player in the world but I don’t like that as a goal – so my goal is simply to improve as quickly and efficiently as possible and hope it takes me there.
Any shoutouts you want to give?
First off I would like to thank my friends, without their support I wouldn’t have made it to this point so thanks to them for putting up with me – much love. Also anyone who has helped me improve at the game.

Hello Alex! How do you feel about being picked up for the Carnage b-team?
It feels great. I've been working really hard in SC2 since I came back in the middle of last year (new job forced me to quit for a year) and I promised myself that I wouldn't stick at it unless I could show some sort of improvement, so getting an offer to join Carnage's B team is validation of sorts that I'm on the right track.
It's also a great opportunity to get more exposure and practice, so I'm really looking forward to that as well.
I'd like to solidify myself as a player that even Australia's best know they have to be careful around; I want them to know that they have to play at 100% if they don't want to lose a game.
What are your goals for SC2 in 2012?
I like being competitive at tournaments, and my main goal right now is to qualify for the ACL finals in Sydney in April. I'm in the top 16 right now, so I just need to work on maintaining or improving that position and I should make the pro bracket.
What are your goals for SC2 in 2012?
It'd be nice to win a tournament as well so far I've only come second in a local LAN and one of the Winter Nights online tournaments (to Xeria Gaming's Light and TargA respectively, so no shame there) but I'd like to be going deeper into the major competitions and getting more podium finishes at the smaller events.
Any shoutouts you want to give?
I'd like to thank the boys in Terror Australis first and foremost for their friendship and help so far; it's meant a massive amount to me, more than I can put into words and hopefully I'll be able to repay you all soon by being the person you look up to for replays and advice!
Even more close to my heart, however, is Pinder from team Invidia, who was the only person in SC2 I knew back in the Beta. I was a bronze-silver level player at the time while Pinder was busy playing broadcasted showmatches against HuK and the like, but he was still happy to play 20+ games against someone that couldn't even challenge him. That amount of practice really helped me get to the stage where I am, and it takes a rather special person to be happy enough to take free wins off someone that's not even on the same stratosphere as you.
The tables have turned a little, of course, but Pinder's help and friendship has helped me enormously, and I'd be dishonest if I didn't thank him for all the progress I've had.

Hi! It feels amazing to have the chance to be play in a professional sc2 team, and I feel honoured to play along side the amazing lineup they have picked up.
