Bronze = focus on constantly making workers / attacking units (macro)
Silver = further improve on your macro + start learning basic build orders
Gold = learn how to scout and react on what you see
Na Aean that's the long version. Shorter version is:
Learn a few SCV all-ins and execute them to perfection.
Boom see you in Diamond. (Korean GMs do it all the time)
Ok but seriously, just hang out in chat channel (e.g. Protoss Strat), there are people there who regularly answer questions (i.e. me) and you also can play practice games with them.
Learn a solid, safe build (e.g. MMM) and get the BO tight, learn the transitions (into expansion), and as mentioned, macro macro macro (constantly train SCVs, spend your resources) etc.
Crazerk the first part was another long version. Shorter version is:
Play Terran and learn 1 SCV all-in. Repeat every single game without caring how well it's executed and BOOM your in Masters with 100% win rate. EZ MODE.
Jokes aside like crazerk said you can always join chat channels where people always answer questions or you can seek a clan with players from your level and higher. In clans you can expect getting a lot of practice with your teammates. Your other alternative is spending $30/h for coaching.

I don't blame you for being you, but you can't blame me for hating it
I am not a very good terran player (i am silver) but when i was in bronze, i started to win games when i started to commit on the startegy i choosed. For exemple if you choose to go for mmm, then you just make barracks and starport with reactors, don't bother make other units. I think you need to keep it simple but it is just advice from a noob, i guess good players advice is more valuable.
