Bonus Question 1: How on earth did EvE go from a new upcoming clan to the powerhouse it is today in such a short time? How did you manage to become so tightly bonded and yet so manner to everyone? Share with us your secrets dear leader!
Honestly, i'm still in awe of what Eve has become. Eve started off from literally nothing. No country affiliations like the MiTH, SPR and Mski clans had, no history whatsoever like aLt has, no sponsorship like Flash and xGKing, we didn't even have many strong players like infi did. But it all somehow worked out. I shall attempt to explain briefly explain how it happened ^^
The focus of Eve was always about community. It was created for casual-ish players to not just hang out and talk about starcraft, but also help each other improve. With that in mind, the number 1 criteria we look for in recruits is personality. It didn't matter how good a player was if he was a douche or couldn't get a long with Eve members. RL or online friends of Eve members were also always welcomed to the clan. I think that is how we formed this closely knit and mannered little community in Eve.
I feel that with such a positive atmosphere established in the clan we were then able to effectively practise and help each other improve. This is probably how unknown players in our clan could improve so much that they can beat some of the top in SEA.
Of course the journey wasn't easy. There was a long period of time where we were struggling to find our footing in the sc2sea community. Shout out to the original Eve, who stuck with us even if we were a completely new and unknown clan at that time - Maltiso, Rorschach, Massacrism, Francis, Monster(lol), the tDp guys. Hope i didn't miss anyone >.<
When i first met jaff i was just some random diamond league protoss noob. I hung out in the Team Eve chat and got to know the members there to me they seemed like really nice guys people that i would want to associate myself with. So at the beginning of season 4 i decided to swap my race to zerg and train hard. Jaff kept pushing me on giving me motivation to do better and helping me out alot with my gameplay. In return in season 4 i started in diamond and by mid season i was Grandmasters. I then got accepted into Eve and have enjoyed my time with them ever since. There is no doubt that without Jaff and the rest of the eve members i would be no where near as good as i am today. Jaff is one of my most respected people in the sc2 community and i'm grateful for everything he has done for me. Jaff is a top guy and i just want to give him the thanks he deserves.

Great to see more SG players spotlighted! I'd have to say i agree with Tigey. My first ever experience with Eve players was with a member known as EveStorm. I was hanging out at the SMU(Singapore Management University) channel. Thereafter, EveStorm offered to play or spectate since at that point in time there was 3 active players(including myself) in the channel. I played a practice game with Storm spectating. It turned out to be a really meaningful experience as his suggestions were very helpful for both of us. It's heartening to see such initiatives and that there is a SG community that comprise of like-minded tertiary students. Cheers and great work!
