SYF GAMING is thrilled to announce New Zealand's 'Mightykiwi' has joined our SC2 Division. Previously of Vox Eminor, David ‘MightyKiwi’ Gore is the newest Zerg overlord in our arsenal, ready and prepared for domination in both online and offline events.
Mightykiwi previously trained in the ROOT Gaming House in California for 6 months, hoping to enter back into a more team based environment, he's made the move over to SYF GAMING to further develop his skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for our current team members to also bounce ideas and strategies off of one of the most talented zergs in the region. We'll be making the most of Mightykiwi's experience by bringing him into the team league alongside our other rising stars.
With Legacy of the Void stirring competition locally and abroad, SYF GAMING is proud to be supporting such a unique and strong squad. We're eager to see what opportunities arise for the scene and see this acquisition as reaffirmation that SYF GAMING will continue to rise in all of its platforms and titles.
Here is what MightyKiwi had to say upon jumping on board with us!
Quote:
" In joining SYF I'm looking forward to getting back some of the team aspect, as I am coming from being the only starcraft player on Vox. So I'm hoping this will help me in regards to being motivated to play, I hope that I can give good results! "
I thought I'd sit down with the new recruit and have a small pick at his brain, so enjoy this small interview I had with SYF's newest member!
In the world of SC2, who is the player you look up to the most?
Catz, because I've obviously spent some time living with him and some other players. He is my friend and I think that he has a lot of passion and ambition for not just Starcraft but e-sports in general.
If there was a player you dreamed to play against in a Bo7, who would it be?
Petraeus, because he consistently destroyed me when we ran into each other
With the new expansion being released, have you set your self some new goals?
I have, firstly I'd just like to become more active of a player. In the last year, since starting up full time work I have let the passion die out. I think I am capable of being one of seas best players, I'll just have to put in the required effort and practice hard
Congrats ^^ mkmkmk
now tell him not to eat too many sweets
