Hey guys, Dynasty are pleased to announce our new signing Dragonite . Dragonite comes to us from TAsc and has been performing at GM standard for long time now. He has a winning record against players such as Destiny, Kingkong. HuK and Bioice just to name a few. We feel he will fit straight in here at dynasty and will be a great addition to the "pro" roster
Hey im Dragonite. aka Samuel Gibbins. Moving from Team Ascension to Dynasty gaming. im honoured that you would pick me for this spot and feel privileged to be able to take part in the scene. Its a massive jump from where I was to where I am now. and I cant wait to see what comes next.
Winning rate vs Destiny, Kingkong. HuK yet you go 1-6 in your group at acl and are ****** cocky as shit, these players Kingkong Huk and Destiny are way better then the players that were in that group and have had tonnes of amazing results, winning ladder vs these guys doesnt mean shit go win and do well in a tournament, being cocky in this scene will not help you at all, look where it got me nowhere if i was you i would stop being cocky and being a idiot and change before you turn out worse then me.
looooooooooool loven it frustration. i played incredibly poorly at acl sydney. no doubt about that. first major tournament and my nerves defiantly played a big part in it. however those statistics are accurate and as any player would be im very proud of them. however i do find ur language to be unnecessary please be sure to respond in a more positive light in the future. ^_-. side note. have fun paying ur own way to acl Melbourn btw thanks for the spot on Dynasty. ill try to put that sponsorship money to good use.

"have fun paying your own way to melbourne, thanks for the spot", i can already sense the douchebaggery and arrogance lol. Looks like this guy isnt getting good any time soon. Not with that attitude anyway.

#soundwave. cant really let a statement like that go unanswered. ehh maybe he does have a point being abit cocky. but then hey im incredibly happy with how things are turning out right now, so maybe im abit overzealous. hopefully you guys can understand that and let some of the more over eager comments slide ^_-

From what I know of Dynasty being an arrogant douchebag appears to be at least 75% of the criteria of joining. I'm surprised Dynasty aren't expecting results from him before they fork out money to send him to places. He doesn't have anything under his belt (as frustration said, albeit crudely, he bombed at ACL sydney). What a strangely run organisation.
Hopefully he doesn't go fullblown foolmetal on us and humbles up. Sad seeing all these kids being destroyed by their egos instead of focusing on improving and playing the game.

Please lets clear up what you just said
At Acl sydney earlier this year Dragonite was a asshole to most players at the lan and also said he could easily beat Kingkong and many other good players and was very cocky for no reason at all, since it was his first lan you would expect him to be more polite and understanding that he should not do well.
He will be greeted like shit because he has allready made a bad name for himself, and your comments on his joining Dyns post was just horrific and made him look even worse
Didn't even think it was that arrogant to list people he's beaten on ladder, it's something akin to listing tournaments you've done well in, only he hasn't done well in any tournaments so he has to list ladder wins.
Great to see frustration is talking shit again, so glad he's making it certain that no one will ever want to send him to any events.
wow frustration thats not true at all. i tried to be as curious as possible, i approached both crimson and mightykiwi both people i have played on ladder and wanted to meet in person in a positive light. i chatted to you and conveyed what i thought to be excitement and enjoyment at the prospect of being able to play you potentially at some point later on in the event. my post was in retaliation to your horrendous comments on a otherwise until then peaceful post. at the event u seemed to be happy as well and we chatted to what i thought was a decent conversation which shocked me greatly as i had seen how you behaved online, and i knew almost nobody at the event, i helped out prior to the event hoping to find some more players i could associate with and did manage to find afew people who i am sharing accomodation with this time at acl melbourn, so im pretty sure they dont think im an asshole. outside of that i didnt really meet anyone else at the tourny. so im at a lack of understanding as to what u mean as to " an asshole to most players at the lan" since i am still to meet most of them properly.
and your comments on his joining Dyns post was just horrific and made him look even worse
Im hyping a new signing. We need hype everyone knows we arnt in the best position players wise. And yes sometimes i word things wrong never the less we have faith that Dragonite will provide results. Mind you we had faith in you too
I played Dragonite twice ( i think ) over the ACL syd weekend. At no point did i find that he conducted himself in a rude/bad way. He seemed like a pleasant fellow, though i do agree he did seem to be a bit optimistic about who he could beat and was worried about. That's fine though, he's learning our scene. when i first got back to New Zealand after living in the US i knew nothing and rolled up to a LAN thinking everyone was bad. Literally got shrekt 2-0 in my first match.
TLDR my opinion is that Dragonite is a friendly dude who is new to our scene, lets be friendly

listing people youve beaten on ladder or listing tournaments youve done well in, is a sign of arrogance lol. Its pointless boasting done in a desperate attempt to gain peoples attention, admiration and respect. The humble wouldn't even need to say anything, and if they are good, people will naturally notice them and give them their respect.

I talked with him a fair bit. Nice enough guy, was very confident in his chances vrs anyone, but that's not a bad thing. First live event, probably was a bit of a reality check to the skill level of his peers (also considering there was no Petraeus, iaguz, PiG, EnDerr, Blysk, Demilove). I could be wrong, but highly doubt he was an asshole to most people.
Good luck to both Dragonite and Dynasty. Hope to see some results on the board soon.
