The winner of each GPD open is awarded with one hour of professional coaching from a coach in this thread (link) . Winner should contact the coach directly, state which GPD Open he/she had won, preferably before each GPD Open Season ends. I understand this list can be rather volatile.
SO for this season of GPD Opens #113 to #116 leading to GPD Cup #3, the winner will be able claim one hour of professional coaching from Enderr. Conditions, it's one session per person for the GPD Opens. So if someone wins 2 GPD Opens, he can only claim once.
The winner must claim the session before GPD Cup #3 or at least have made arrangements with him for when the session will take place.
Players must have their own SEA account; playing on another's account is not allowed.
You must be , or on any of the 4 servers (SEA, NA, KR or EU).
You should not be and above in this season (2015 Season 3) and/or had been in the last (2015 Season 2) on ANY server. *subject to change/update each season*
If you have achieved on any server in HOTS at any time, you will not be allowed to join. The only exception being if you have achieved on only SEA. From GPD #110, SEA will be treated similarly to having achieved , as long as you have laddered on another server and show proof that you are GPD on the other active server.
Example : If you were briefly on SEA server previously just to get that badge at least once in your SC2 career, as long as you are not or the next season (aka this season 3 2015) on SEA AND still legitly GPD on the other server(s) which you ladder actively on, you will be permitted (similar to guidelines) to take part in GPD Opens again after skipping a season.
If in doubt please feel free to ask for clarification.
Active laddering means at least 30 games on active account before GPD Opens #113. This is especially important for those who play on KR and SEA with the MMR reset this season.
If you are joining this tournament for the first time, you are encouraged to post the links for your valid b.net sc2 profiles on the servers you play on in the signup thread.
If the Admins should request for it during the tournament, please cooperate.
It may be necessary for the Admins to do a quick verification especially when questions have been raised with regards to your league. Failure to do so or to cooperate, will be deem suspicious and you will be disqualified from the tournament.
Smurfing and Cheating will result in a ban from the GPD Opens.
Winners of consecutive (back-to-back) GPD opens are respectfully asked to skip a week before joining the GPD Opens again.
You must contact your opponent on Battle.net preferably by being in the group “sc2seaGPD” to play your matches.
All games should be played on SEA [priority server] unless both players agree to play on NA and have informed an admin. You must both then report back immediately.
ALL players are given 15 minutes to contact their opponent.
Anyone that cannot be contacted will be disqualified.
If a player cannot be contacted in 15 minutes because of an unavoidable real life event but was able to get someone to contact an Admin or gave notice by pming someone of the delay, they will be given an additional 10 minutes before disqualification.
Players must play your Ranked 1v1 Ladder race throughout the tournament.
If you intend to play a ladder race different from your main, please inform an Admin to seek permission. Your opponent should also be agreeable.
players are not allowed to race pick unless an Admin has been informed and permission given prior to the games to be played. Your opponent should also be agreeable to this.
If any player disconnects, use the “Recover from Replay” feature to continue the game. This applies in the event of a second disconnect.
If the player has gone offline for more than 10 minutes, inform an Admin immediately
If the player continues to disconnect, the opponent may be awarded the match win.
If the player has given a valid and acceptable reason to be away in between matches or games, the acceptable wait time will be maximum 15 minutes or by the goodwill of his/her opponent before disqualification. The admins will consider each case separately. Delays are not preferred whenever possible.
Pauses should be notified and not exceed 5-10 minutes depending on the reason for the said pause.
BMing or excessive pausing in game will result in a warning.
Persistent BMing will result in a disqualification.
BMing includes racist, hateful or excessively derogatory language will result in a disqualification and a review to impose either a timed or full ban.
Any disputes will be handled by the Admins after reviewing all associated replays.
Any question(s) can be directed at the Admins. Please be honest and truthful to ensure the best experience for all.
All participants are encouraged to keep their replays for at least a week.
Smurfing and/or hacking will result in a disqualification and ban from subsequent tournaments

Yes you can if u had played terran on it and met the eligibility guidelines. If in doubt, send your profile link to me and match history for the past 30+ games. I will normally check last season's league as well.
Reminder that SEA gm guidelines applies as if it's Masters.

Enak has been cleared to play as as it is at PD levels on a stand-alone account.
There is a 2nd person who requested who might join us for the next open as he has the account but hasnt played sufficiently on that account for this season. (Ok and another)
Reminder : If you are masters but want to participate as your off race account, you must have an account where you ladder at least almost exclusively as that race, meeting the eligibility requirements. Please also inform the admins to clear it as well.
10 mins before start! Quick sign up if u havent done so.

if you still think sea gm means "top 200 of the server" then why not dq slayer for being top 200 aswell? http://nios.kr/sc2/sea/1v1/hots/2
there are platinums in the top 200... chad got sea gm from platinum league... yet masters players can join because they play 30-40 games offracing on NA or something?
I discussed with the other admins and we are staying by the gm ruling. It is stated clearly since previously why so.

I'm going to answer my own question of "who are the admins?"
I haven't seen Halt participate in anything in ******* ages, Apoc is a ghost for the most part aswell, Enak is aight (just coming back to being active) but of course admins would clear him to offrace... he is an admin!
Somethingsomething all admins are mGG
Should we all join mGG to reap the benefits of offracing in gold/plat/dia tournaments and, like slayer for example, being exempt of the rule to prevent top 200 from entering?
I think one of the problems is, you didnt ask me or any admins for my consideration before this issue is blown to this proportion. Perhaps it was taken for granted. I do not go looking into your account unless someone brings up the issue. Or if I do random checks which is usually for people who we have no idea who they are in the first place aka new people.
Every person who have had exceptions in the past or today, all spoke to me personally and gave me all the necessary information and we do check each of them out. I do take that responsibility very seriously.
Someone suggested that if someone only has a sea profile and no other that he wont be allowed to play in GPD opens. I think that goes against us trying to open and attract people who arent active or as known on the site, to play.
True the numbers are not very big and shrinking but that's also because the player pool is getting smaller.
We hope to make the environment as competitive to the respective levels as possible.
However, if some of you really disagree then feel free to organise other GPD related tournaments e.g. GPDL with more flexible rules etc. No one is stopping more of such events from happening. It is actually a good thing and to be encouraged.
Also bearing in mind, that organising this is on my own time and the funds are mostly just my own, occasionally some kindness from others e.g. pressure in the past for sponsoring the coaching sessions with PiG. If you want to admin and do the job, please let me know and I'll gladly pass it over to another set of capable hands.

I honestly didn't think you would consider SEA ladder at all.. I'm Diamond on NA. That is why I didn't speak to you before the tournament... My mistake.
I'm not making a big deal out of it or blowing it out of proportion, its fine. If you want to exclude me from the tournament, I don't really care.. I understand your reasoning, as SEA GM is the top of the SEA ladder, it houses SEA players in a wide range of skill. Some, like Lobo are clearly high level players, others are not. So its not really an accurate barometer for skill.
I'd respectfully suggest that you consider changing your rules to only consider active ladders, such as NA, EU or KR.
My Terran is Platinum level on EU and has never been higher, so of course I'm allowed to play in GPD as Terran. I also asked nemesis prior to signing up whether or not it was OK for me to play, if she had told me no, I would of respected that and not played.
Nem also posted before the tournament that I had been cleared as well, showing that she is taking her job seriously and letting people know that she is aware and looks into people who join up and has looked into independent situations
To say 'masters players have good mechanics, even if it is an off race' (in reply to Ice), each race has completely different mechanics that are required to play it effectively - they don't simply transfer from race to race unless you practice it enough (which is also why my Terran is platinum level, Namakayes zerg is diamond - for another example of this), the only thing that remains is the game knowledge you think you have (which again isn't that effective if you don't have the mechanics to keep up anyway)
So you can argue your points if you wish, you're more than entitled too - but here are my responses as to why it shouldn't matter if masters players off race which are proven to be of a GPD level.
I would've cleared Chadmann to play cos I know quite well that he's pretty much Diamond level.
I understand that y'know, the SEA GM thing is included etc etc but in terms of the SEA GMs but Diamond and below on other servers then IMO getting opinions from other people would be a good idea, for a start. However this part of the ruling will benefit much better with some kind of overhaul.
SEA GM is a really grey area anyway with how things are. Like Chaddles said, the skill gap in the GM league on the SEA server is wide. Hell, if you just play enough games and you're about Plat level you can hit GM there if you're dedicated enough. ;-;
Pretty much going to go with Enak's line here and that if they're proven to be GPD level altogether or on a race they wish to play, let them play.
