I couldn't tell you my honest APM, I spam keys for the first 6 minutes, then micro banelings or whatever like a madman for the rest of the game.
Classic zerg
To paraphrase Day[9], APM isn't something that makes you a better player. Instead, as you become a better player your awareness of what needs to be done increases.
That is, you'll be more aware of whether you need a pylon, whether you're building probes/SCVs (or whether it's safe to build drones as zerg), what's happening on the minimap and so on.
As your awareness of these things increases, so does your ability to do them, and as a consequence your APM increases as well.
Essentially, having high APM does not make you a better player, but good players generally have higher APM due to what I stated above.
Personally my APM (EPM in replays, in Blizzard time) hovers between 60 and 80 and my EAPM (APM in replays) between 50 and 70. But yea I play Protoss.

155 with 25% redundancy. Gold. Need to actually keep track of my larva cycles, that would put it out to like 180 or something. Although the epm wouldn't change.
APM doesn't really matter; I usually average about 140-160 APM over the course of a game, with 90-100 EPM and I'm mid-diamond. Spikes can go up to 900 though if microing/macroing hard, but I'm going to attribute that to lag and delay to servers etc.
EDIT: Now more like 200-250 APM with ~130 EPM, NA midmasters
Yep, and for the past few weeks I have been trying to slow things down. It's definitely more of a curse then anything. The amount of times I have screwed up because my fingers seem to move more faster then I can think..... not even kidding.
Let's just say I get super paranoid about my army too much. There is nothing worse then looking away from your army for a split second to see it all gone....gg.
I have something like 50% to 60% redundancy.
I find it a lot harder to play if I don't spam through my control groups and spam production keys even if I don't have enough resources.
90~100 APM and 150~200 EPM so a lot of my keystrokes don't do crap
Oh, I play protoss
