To accommodate for the size and diversity of both of our clans, the tournament will include a Bo5 format where each week the league requirements for each set will vary. For the purposes of the separation between the three main divisions within there will be, for example, a / match included in each match day, a minimum of two // matches and one / match. The league requirements for the ace match will be specified each match day.
Each series will be a Bo3 set, where the starting map will be determined on a week by week basis. The loser picks map rule applies in this tournament, where the loser of the map will be able to chose from the map pool below.
The rules that are adopted for pro league will be similarly utilised in this tournament.
The organisation for each match will be scheduled between each player manager/captain, whom are highlighted in the teams listings. Each manager is responsible for reporting to Spartaz, their arranged series, teams chosen and after the set, the results of each match.
The first match day will commence from Monday 20th of January onward. The period for the first match day is varied from the rest of the tournament. Each team will be given two weeks in order to arrange/practice for/play their set.

It has been some time since the last series, but finally the ToRTL is back! This week the honey badgers are looking to take on the ferocious drop bears in this Bo5 series. The Drop bears have had longer to prepare for their first set of the league, which may or may not give them the advantage heading into this series. But, in saying that, off the back of the hard fought win by the "honey bunnies", the lads have something to prove! The series to watch out for tomorrow night would probably come down to the heated match between Jemsk and Sleepycod. Jemsk has shown some solid play so far and with his latest promotion to gold, he is a player to be reckoned with. Sleepycod however is a newer player to , who will be looking to prove that he has that special something to offer his new team. We are in for one hell of a match!

Well look at that... for this match up Team Honey Badgers are fielding more than Team Terran! HuT and DanO have a history of TvT, going into this series of the match week 3. This match will be the one to look out for. Neither player has been playing as often as they did during their peak, it will be interesting to see which Terran will be able to take the other out!

Hopefully this event will keep us all busy with the lead up to the start of the first semester for uni students and high schoolers. Hopefully it will prove to be a fun and exciting way of everyone getting stuck in with their respective teams and just enjoying their StarCraft
Oh and one final note.... the team who wins the first season of the ToRTL will receive kits for each player who participated in the league! (The design will be drafted in the coming weeks!)
And for the highest performing players, i'll see if I can get something arranged as prizes, to reward some of that dedication (it will probably be based on win % over the season or on games player/won, something along those lines.)

Psh, why is this even a competition? With DAVID MOTHER ******* KONG as well as gosuryan on our team, it's impossible to lose. Just give us the 1st place prize already so we can not waste any time with pitiful fools
