It was only a matter of time and patience before Frenetic Array would make the decision to venture into the rather large world of StarCraft II. Then there was the challenge of how. There were multiple players/teams that we had considered. However, at the end of the day there was only one viable team in our sights. Today, Frenetic Array are proud to announce the recent arrival of our first ever StarCraft II team! The team has been playing together since February, excluding the recent additions of Ninja and HuT - the former SQL stars. This team has shown consistent and solid performances for some time, with qualification for international events, such as the FXO Open and seeds into national quailifiers for WCS Australia, IESF, IEM and ACL Pro Brackets. The team Managed by Nick 'ChadMann' Russo, is very excited to announce this new venture with Frenetic Array, we strive to dominate the top of the Australian eSports scene!
Name: Nicolas Russo AKA: ChadMann Race: / State: NSW "I'm proud to bring Australia's top gaming organisation, Frenetic Array, into the SC2 scene.
Each of these players has been selected, not only because of their individual skill, but because of
their passion, drive and commitment to grow and develop to the top of their game."
Name: Cameron Murrin AKA's: EdgE Race: State: South Australia "I'm very excited to be apart of Fray! This opportunity will really help my motivation take the next step into actual commited practice. I have my great team mates from Carnage already so the team should really excel in the future."
Name: Alex Smith AKA: Ninja Race: State: NSW "Happy I'm joining Fray, looking forward to training with friends and representing fray` in domestic and international events in the future!"
Name: Daniel Fenner AKA: Fenner Race: State: NSW "Stoked to be a part of such a well established e-sports organization. Will be practicing hard to do my best for them.

Raji 'Riddick' Smiley, Managing Director of frenetic array, had this to say about our new SC2 team:
"Well it's been a long time waiting really. We have been hesitant over the years to venture into SC for a myriad of reasons, and its only now that we've managed to tick all the right boxes to make it happen. I am really honoured to have a great bunch of SC2 players jumping onboard with so much genuine enthusiasm and focus. With the death of LOL, COD:MW3 on Xbox and CS in general, we have had to reassess our financial focus and back teams where the competition is."
Carnage SC2 will be closed for now, to be re-launched soon! - Stay tuned for all the details.
Grats all seriously look forward to some big things from the team and with my main man Chadmang out front I have no doubt it will be a successful journey.
I think things like this really show how the SEA scene is developing a bigger local and international/business presence.. all good signs!
Also strange to see almost an entireteam switch, but im sure theres great reasoning behind it.
Edit: just saw the sig. Whos taking p the reigbs of carnage sc2? Just curious yo.
Ps grats, frenetic are a pretty big name
Yeah, Fray provide our team a big opportunity in the scene. The core of our team is sticking together to form this new venture. Carnage SC2 will be re-announcing their team shortly. The decision to leave cR was a hard one - as it will always be a home for me. However the chance to provide my team with greater opportunities proved too hard to pass up. I will miss cR and the guys we had to leave behind, but I know they will do well and have an exciting announcement about their re-launch soon!!..
Carnage was absolutely amazing, sad to leave them behind... But at the same time I'm extremely excited to see how things turn out with Fray, will be practicing harder than ever to show results for this awesome organization!
It's sad to see Carnage split up, it always struck me as one of the friendliest communities there is. Especially sad that you could not keep everyone (neko TT). This is a great opportunity for you guys though and I wish you the best of luck.

It is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle.

Just to clafiry, is he talking about the death of his own LoL, CoD etc teams, or is he saying that the LOL, COD:MW3 (XBOX) and CS scenes are completely dead all together?
he is refering to the end of CSS/1.6 > CS:GO and that LoL and COD:MW3 is futile endeavour in the Australian competitive scene - because there is one team that absolutely dominates all others. I personally agree with him, since Mind Freak MW3 Xbox split up - there is no competition for aPex and LoL is utterly dominated by iM's most recent purchase.
So the competitive scene for these titles is no where near as dynamic and expanding as the SC2 scene.
Good to see fray jumping on the SC2 action. Great players and an awesome manager thank you for letting me take over what you created in cR, such an honour
Hopefully we get some friendly rivalry going on in upcoming tournaments aye
