Just for transparencies sake - these seeds were selected from WCS points and IEM points from last season. I believe Tilea will be the fourth seed should she accept her invite.

Seed eventually went to Blysk
Tilea couldnt participate (due to playing in the NA Qualifier)
Mafia no longer plays starcraft, KingKong declined due to studies restricting his ability to attend the main event, so the seed was passed to Blysk who happily accepted

For the first time ever I will be casting something in SEA with someone who isn't a god damn Zerg. Deth and I are going to only talk about hellbats and widowmines and there's nothing you can do about it, come at me Zerg scum!
why cant it start at like 3pm SG on saturday or something?
Qualifier #2 starts at 6pm NZT on Saturday*, we've tried to be as accommodating as well could given the time frame, the main event is 3 weeks away, so getting it done asap is essential, it sucks but itll be worth it if you qualify for China

isnt this open to all SEA ? my friend from india and admin disqualified him saying we r not part of SEA lol..
To clarify our position on why we disqualified WhoopsyEX from the bracket tonight I will explain our reason and apologize.
Technically India is not apart of South East Asia, they may play on our server because of Blizzards region settings, but according to all the maps I've looked at India is actually apart of Asia. We believed at the time that there was an Asian qualifier that he could partake in and that participating in the SEA qualifier was against our region participation rules. We couldn't double check right away as it was super busy making the bracket and doing all the first round walk overs. (believe us there was a lot)
After double checking at a later time we found out that there is indeed no other Asian qualifier and that indeed India is apart of the region allowed to participate with the SEA IEM qualifier.
So we would like to offer an apology to that player. We are very sorry, there was a misunderstanding of the region covered by our qualifier and that caused you to miss out.
There is another Qualifier tomorrow and I encourage you and any other friends you may have to sign up and have a go.
