Also do share the difference in latency you are getting on these two servers in this thread. I personally get 12MS (which is basically lan lawl) on the SEA servers and 250MS on the US servers so for the first time in several months i had this funny feeling i haven't expereince before called lag.
Hoping for a cross realm play future! Like it was in Warcraft 3 where we were at least given the option!
I also hope that the ISPS fix the AU lag issue do the AUs/NZs have a big incentive to keep playing on SEA.
Not sure if the lag will be too bad for me or not as I require the usage of battleping or vpn such as hotspotshield to play without lag during the days of beta. lol
I think the main reason why they allowed people to join was that Blizzard promised that when you play SC2 you can chat with your friends crossed platforms ie to WoW players. But since their WoW friends are on the US realm they can't talk to them from SEA servers. (EU SC2 can chat with EU WoW server etc.)
i always wondered how people kited so well. you're actually getting lan latency . i get massive delay all the time, so it probably won't make much of a difference if i moved over to NA.
