I'm wondering who would be interested in attending a Sydney Lan if I put one on? At the moment I have no plans to put one on, or am even sure how I would go about putting one on, I'm just scouting out how many people may attend if I was to put one on (say in the latter half of the year) and whether the amount of people attending would justify the time and energy I would have to put into it.
To give you some details of what I am thinking. It would be Open Bracket, probably Double-Elimination with approximately $200-300 prize pool.
So let me know.
Cheers,
Philosopher

Elison and I held it off while we looked for a suitable PC cafe. Unfortunately we couldn't make it happen before I left for Europe, but I'm keen to get one going when I get home in October.

SCS (Sydney Collegiate Society) run these pretty well. Normally anywhere between 40 to 80 people turn up so its pretty damn nice. They're a bunch of friendly guys and often go to kbbq for dinner afterwards.
