It is with mixed feelings I'm announcing that the entire frenetic array SC2 team is leaving the organisation.

Many will be asking why?! We have our various reasons but I will outline the main reasoning....
As I am not the owner (of fray), I've always had limited ability with my work for Frenetic Array. Most recently the responsibility to run the entire organisation has fallen on my shoulders and this is not a task I have the capacity to do. I work 50 hours a week and have a family, I simply do not have the time to effectively run an entire organisation. I have previously attempted to recruit others to help and the sad part is no one has the vision to work hard for a goal. Everyone wants some free shit for little effort in helping a team grow. As such, any help I've tried to engage has done nothing and drifted off into the void....

Moving Forward
As a group we will stick together and continue our practice. Our goal is to be added to an existing organisation in which I would continue to coach and manage only the SC2 team. We have decided to stick together and until a suitable organisation can be found I will continue to fund and support the team personally.

This move essentially means the end of Frenetic Array, at least a hiatus of sorts for the organisation. I will certainly miss this team and the fantastic branding that the team has. However, the sustainability of my own involvement in eSports and the SC2 team required that we make drastic changes.

Any organisation out there interested in our team, we are an entire product. The team I've developed is here to work together to motivate and practice with each other, the success of any one part is due to the continued work of the whole. if you are not interested in our entire line up, do not inquire.

In other news... Our team is very proud to announce an additional member of our squad, the return of Terran god Dano!! In the last few weeks we've been practising with Dano and bringing him back up to form in rejoining the competitive SC2 scene. This gives us a great Terran line up and a very strong squad moving forward.
