Goodness.... StarCraft II Players playing in the North American Region Servers, if you want to play then play. If you don't wanna play then don't play! If you're here just to smurf and leave the first second into a match then you shouldn't be sticking around online in the first place whilst leaving a WTF-face on so many baffled players. Gosh.....I encountered so many of them last week while laddering in the North American Server.
I just thought of mentioning it and hope you guys from SC2SEA don't follow them because it's less of an issue here than it is there.

First of all, you're posting on sc2"SEA" complaining about NA smurfs.
Second of all, just because you're playing people that used to be higher leagues doesn't mean they're smurfing.
Fair enough if they have like 20 games on the account and have 300 apm or something.
All honesty, it actually sucks for me during placement matches because more often than not, if this happens, very often I end up in a League which is near too hard to handle. Most of the time I encountered these are players between Gold and Plat.

When i am playing in unranked most of the time i'm looking to practice a specific build against a specific race. So i will end up leaving tons of games if the opponent is not the race i'm looking for. Its anoying as some days i'll end up tanking my MMR down to gold level and that's pointless as a build working against a gold leaguer is meaningless. However the amount of times i have given my opponents a promotion is crazy so just enjoy the free ladder points if you get it. Hell i even gave one guy so many free wins that i got him promoted from gold to dia lolz.

there is always the option to leave your league. In the case where you end up in a higher league you don't belong in you can always leave it and try and get replaced in a league lower
The thing is you aren't always in placement. Why bother about something so superficial? More GG, more skill. Doesn't matter if your opponents are better or not. Just play the game.
What. People complain about too many games to get promoted, people complain about winning too much and getting promoted too quickly. You're actually complaining about both and contradicting yourself. GL Blizzard, fix it all ^^
Why not just play more dude? You'll hit less smurfs and your mmr will settle where it belongs, regardless of the portrait border.
