12:00PM The Godfather was not working out, I think I'm going to try forage for food now and possibly go for a quick stroll.
Considering either making a video or drawing another picture, tempted to draw iaguz but I'm afraid that might break me.

A tip for resetting your sleeping pattern: starve yourself for approximately 12 hours, the next meal emulates the first meal of a day thus treating it like breakfast and encouraging your body to wake up for it. You can always try buying some melatonin pills too from health food stores, which releases chemicals into your brain meant to put you to sleep when in the darkness. Also avoid caffeine/energy drinks if you aren't already since they will inhibit a natural sleeping pattern.

Go for a nice jog... and do some pushups... This in turn will deplete your ATP-PC storages which in turn makes your body go towards other fuel storages for example Carbs... By depleting your ATP storage and then converting over to Carb usage. your body and mind should feel tired due it the lack of fuel in your body

I have been awake a fair while now, target is 10PM
Went out and got a bite, the walk freshened me up a bit and I used it as an opportunity to get electrolytes.
