I tend to get bored rather easily, and decided to create a blog where I can just post my thoughts, feelings, etc
The initial blog is about Ecko Esports, in particular how we began, financial difficulties, and much more. So if you get really bored and want to read an essay (you have been warned) feel free to do so.
Just read everything and liked it a lot. From the outside, eCKo looks like it's doing really great. But yeah like every other team, they will have their own internal issues and I really hope everything works out for the better for you and your team! eCKo is your baby, don't give up!
Seriously though, eCKo have really surpassed my expectations and geting to know you guys better makes me regret my decision to go to another team somewhat. I hope you guys continue to do well and learn from your mistakes to make a great team!
P.S. How is mikael not academy yet wtf ;;

I liked the blog because it was honest and gives a really good consideration of the processes a manager has to go through and the problems/factors to take note of.
I feel, like many, that eCKo has built a good reputation for themselves and has gone pretty far to have established yourselves.
Hope your problems will be resolved soon and eCKo grows stronger with each day. Take care and stay strong Zenabi

ESL Team League got to the grand finals, it was fray/Av vs YeoFW. We didn't play the finals or 3rd 4th match as the ESL Guys seemed to disappear and no one wanted to bother if there was no prize at the end of the day.
Pokémon was never added to the fray academy
Everyone makes those mistakes, I've made them too. Its how you deal with it and move on that makes you the better manager in the long run.
eCKo is a great team and you guys have a really solid roster of players. All the best in developing your team in the future champ

Thanks for the clarification

That was a sweet read Jordan, I look forward to reading how Ecko will develop in the future. With the lads that you have right now, I am sure that there will be a variety of stories to be told in the coming blogs

Im curious, you say you have no sponsors but then talk about how ecko as a team is funding events, but where does the money coming into ecko as an organisation come from? Your pocket? Good blog

I might not have written it as well as I would have liked. At the beginning we had no sponsors. We do have sponsors now who help fund the team, but back then and even now, majority of the funding comes from our own pockets yes.
